To close your account, navigate to the Accounts page. Select the account you wish to close, click on the "More" icon, and then choose "Settings and Support." From there, click on "Request Account Closure."
The process may take 5-10 business days for your funds to be returned, as outlined in our , which can be found in the Key Documents section.
Even after your account is closed, you will still have access to the Investor Portal to view and download documents and reports, like your Annual Tax Statement. You can also open a new account in the future if needed. Please note that you may continue to receive emails regarding your account after it is closed.
